I prep oatmeal, yogurt, berry and nut cups in advance about 3 days worth, 2 times a week. That’s a easy on the go breakfast.
I pack a salad every day for lunch. Always have ranch veggies and lettuce on hand- I literally throw what ever is left over from dinner on there. Rice, chicken, taco meat, cut up enchiladas , shredded beef—- I make it the night before.
The struggle is real! If I don’t pack it I don’t eat or end up a fast food since I work in home health

Same! Having a routine helps, I am trying to prep on Sundays and Wednesdays right now.
My husband and I do meal prep at the beginning of the week, and it's been a game-changer. I thought I would get bored with the consistency, but it's actually really nice. Not only that, but we've each lost a few pounds and saved a decent amount of money.
I do every single day. The biggest thing that's helped me stay consistent with it is doing the grocery shopping the day before I'm planning to meal prep. If Sunday rolls around and the fridge is empty, the whole task seems a lot bigger than it is - now it's not just spending two hours cooking and putting everything in Tupperware, but spending an hour running to Costco too. If I've got the ingredients in the house already, I can't make that excuse, and since I'm cheap, the idea of letting them all go to waste is more than enough to get me in the kitchen.
