Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

So you have been working on another status, like F1's EAD or H1-B?
AFAIK, if you have been issued an EAD through the application to adjust status to LPR for being married to a US Citizen or LPR, then you can use that EAD to prove eligibility to work in the US. It may mean implicitly/explicitly that you are no longer operating under your previous status, so any "benefits" of that status are gone (e.g. can't re-enter the US on H1B status anymore).
100% agree - and am currently on an H1B right now but received my EAD a few months back.
