Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm doing patent work. I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). I have 5+ yrs of experience and it's been 1 week since I have switched from TCS to one product base company as they had offered me very high package.

Now I regret this decision due to toxic work culture, timings and many more which wasn't told me during the interview nor before my joining.

Luckily yesterday I have cleared all the rounds in one of the top service based company and probably expecting my offer in next 1 week time.

What happens if I don't join deloitte after accepting the offer letter?

I was recently selected for a role at Google and my on-site interview was scheduled, all rounds went well but the last one which was with the hiring manager I had completely bombed to a point that my eye contact on screen made him suspect that I was googling answers which I wasn't.

Is there a chance I will pull through considering better performance on other rounds or I am done?
