In June I was given the option to take an additional 10k bonus or use 10k toward personal development. I found a class at Wharton that I would like to take but now my company is telling me that I would have to pay for it and then upon its completion in 6 months I would get reimbursed. Is this how most businesses work? I am hearing from other friends in business that it’s not the case, I do know it is for education.
