Yes, you will get the entire amount Companies usually come up with these terms like " flexible blah blah" so that your basic pay isn't a huge part of your CTC.

I know this has been done to death, but I'm pretty giddy and don't want to tell family/friends. I PASSED THE 1 MILLION NET WORTH MARK! I won't say I did it all on my own, as I was lucky enough to have parents who paid for my education and also gift me $12k/yr of cash for the last few years. But for someone who was making only 36k 8 yrs ago and has only this month broken six figures for base salary, I'm pretty pleased with myself.

Hi fishes, I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
