I have offer of 16 LPA from Harman in IRI project bangalore. Is IRI project good? I have also offers from LTI of 17 lpa, Mindtree of 15 lpa and PWC India of 15 lpa. Which one should I go as my plan is to stay for 1-1.5 yrs and switch again?

How does a person change their mindset to be more positive? I look for new jobs, realize I have a good job then am ok for a bit then start it all over again. When I’m off of work I’m fine and realize I have it pretty good. Only real negative is I can’t vacation with my family in March due to my busy time.
