In the past 3 years turnover at this department has been at an all time high with most being in Upper leadership & providers over 10 resignations during that time. I personally have had 3 supervisors. Things doesn't seem like its getting better. Im worried not only for me but the entire department. Is is safe to assume institution leaders aren't seeing an issue?

Management and company leaders are in a whole different “club.” H.R. is also a member of this “club.” These “club members” are not there to protect you, the employee. This group protects their own. By going to H.R about an issue etc. will not help you solve your problem, it will be shared with the higher Ups and you will be labeled as a troublemaker.

For these remote companies where I don’t have connections how can I transition over?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.
