Old days in 90s and before are golden days. But now a days life has become cruel.Cost of living high, need to upskill, switch the jobs, serve the notice period and very difficult to get married. But in olden days no need to switch the job.1 job 1 company 1 organisation is enough.Inflation is less and getting married was very easy during olden days

You r making similar type of rant comments everywhere and daily.. it's not going help bro.. Learn to navigate thru it !!
Instead of rant, run a mail campaign to ask ppl to send mail to labour commissioner for creating awareness on notice period issue bro.

Why don’t you be honest with the hr about your actual notice period before intervew itself? Why fake it and put yourself in a confusing situation.
Firstly,Don’t join a company which has 90 days notice period even though they’re paying huge. If you’re not managers favourite it’s very tricky to negotiate on the notice period. From 17 lpa to 22lpa will get you a very few thousands in take home. Don’t stress yourself so much.
