Does anyone work in industrial automation? I work as a director and my base is 160k in a MCOL/HCOL. TC is typically going to be a bit over 200k, depending on sales.

Are people still live on here? I was diagnosed last year with ADD and I’ve tried two stimulants so far. I know they aren’t meant to be a magic pill but I’m still struggling with general tasks and feel like I’m doing the bare minimum. The Nurse has suggested I try non stimulants. What are peoples experiences with meds ? Did they work or not?

What do you think about people being "empaths" or having personality traits that make them better at the job? Do people who are already tuned into their own emotions and the emotions of others automatically do better in social work and therapy roles? Or people who naturally have great soft skills? If you could, what skills would you pinpoint as markers of possible success in social work or therapy?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn't get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now.

I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I had got offer letter from cognizant after that i had recieved a mail to initiate on boarding.
Is it mandatory to start the cognizant on boarding if not sure whether i am going to join it or not?
