Infosys said they will give permanent WFH. Is that for real or is there a catch?

can anyone tell me what is the work policy in S & P Gurgaon ? is it hybrid model or wfh?

Any folks at Uber? Specifically finance? How’s the environment & culture? What to look out for? Is it remote/hybrid or 5x/week on site? Any other interesting perks to look out for? And any intricacies with the comp?

Since there are apparently no jobs in London, has anyone had any luck being hired for a remote job where the understanding is that you will never be in their office? For example, a job outside London/the UK with no intention of moving? I’ve heard this touted as the future of hiring but have never actually heard of it happening in real life.

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…

I recently interviewed for a remote position. I was advised not to specifically mention that I was interested in the role because it was remote. Why is that?

I have around 4 years of experience in C++...I got a new offer from a Product company For Java/Jswing role...Is it OK to change to different technology now...I am considering this offer as they are providing WFH.

Looking to make a pivot into Product Management and I’m interested in earning a certification or enroll into a boot camp of some sort to have some foundational and targeted knowledge.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I am looking for something remote but a synchronous learning environment. Currently, Kellogg’s 6 month program and General Assembly’s course have caught my eye.
