It’s a case interview, sometimes they’ll throw in some behavioral questions.
“Have you ever been globally entered?"
My interviewer asked if it was raining outside and if Dunkin Donuts had a long line. That was it.
If you travel for the company, they'll confirm that and immediately approve you. And take your fingerprints. You'll wait for longer than the interview lasts.
Are you a terrorist? Are you not not a terrorist? Have you ever had a need for more than 3.4 ounces of liquid?

They said I needed to take a piss test.
I asked if I should have studied.
He did not pass me. 😔
I look "middle-eastern" because I am from Middle East and I have Global Entry.

They basically went through my info on the app and said all good. I don't really know the point of the interview.
They asked about specific countries I went to and asked if I ever crossed into north Korea
All they did with mine was take fingerprints and show me how to use the kiosk. I believe real questions come from things of concern they have arising from the background check.
^ maybe. I was asked about arrest, answered “yes” truthfully, agent seemed genuinely surprised, asked about nature of offense (petty theft), and disposition of case (DA declined to prosecute). Then they took fingerprints. No idea why the arrest didn’t pop in their system
They asked me if I had ever been convicted of a felony
My wife and I did our interviews together. Her consisted of two questions to confirm upcoming travel. Mine was 5 or 6 questions because I had two U.S. passports at the time (due to overlapping international travel requiring physical passport for visas) and they wanted to know if every country I visited had been stamped, etc.
Agree with above though, waiting for the interview took longer than the actual interview.

They asked where I worked. That was it
Pretty basic stuff. Confirm name, address, employer. Ever been arrested, charged, or convicted of a crime? Ever denied entry to the U.S.? Ever renounced citizenship? Ever supported a foreign government to the detriment of the U.S.? Why did you visit [country on their sketchy list]?
They do a full federal and 50-state background data screen. If you’ve ever been arrested, even had something expunged, they will get a ping and depending on the reason, they will ask questions. Otherwise it is basically a box checking exercise and payment
