I am not good in trading. Earlier had some with motilal oswal, have to check it's status and close as Citi does not permit trading outside I guess.
Since I recently joined Citi, Now I want to learn and do trading inside citi. I really want to master this skill ..
Please guide me on this.

Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

I so much more interesting and more significant project at a way more senior level at big four. Also much better access to snr execs, resources, and skills. Salmon is fun, the people are awesome, but the grass was not greener for me.
@op the name of your firm does not matter nearly as much as your experience. Leadership, ownership and the ability to differentiate yourself against your peers is what will help you when it comes to getting into grad school
If anything being in Deloitte (or any big firm) might be a negative as grad schools try to build diversity into their class. Basically they can only accept so many people from th big 4

@EY1 Used to be at the D. Deloitte is an infinitely better consultancy. Planning to return soon.
I too left slalom to return to big 4 - was just not for me
@EY1 It's a very scrappy firm. Not much consistency in delivery, little collaboration across markets (always reinventing the wheel). No true S&O offerings. Work-life balance exists here, but I genuinely dislike my work and am not happy with the quality of our clients.
@OP Was in HC at Deloitte, but often es partnered with S&O teams on my projects. Slalom has no real S&O offerings. They are working to build it out, but there is so much competition in the space that senior leadership doubts it'll be successful.
@OP Not comfortable sharing, unfortunately. I know some of our senior leaders in my market are on FB.
@OP Nope, salary bump isn't worth it. All other benefits are lacking and you know longer have your expenses covered M-Th. You'd be surprised how much difference that makes.
@OP I'm planning to return to D before the holidays.
No pay if on PTO. 20% cut if you do a reply all. 40% during holidays.
It’s disheartening to hear how many folks are unsatisfied with Slalom, I came from BAH, then had a short stint in industry which was way worse, and Slalom is honestly where I hope to be for the long term. I got a significant pay increase, I feel like the people here are genuine and leadership is transparent, and I get a say in what I want to work on. But I guess everyone had different perspectives/experiences to compare, so to each their own 🤷🏻♀️
Everything sc3 is true....but hat is what males this place great. If you want to create your own thing...basically if you have that entrepreneur vibe then this is the place to be. That is why you see so many GMs coming over here from the big 4 / acn. People later on in their careers want ownership.
Personally i would rather do all the analysis and create the strategy for my group to succeed and carve out its niche in the market than join the big 4 / acn as a director / smgr executing someone else's strategy.
That is what it really comes down to
Sounds like it's the MC / change management side of slalom that folks are disenfranchised with. I'd be curious about how slalom people working with salesforce or im&a feel.
