What are your thoughts of consultants and auditors doing client work in a coffee shop, using said coffee shop’s wifi?

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

Can I reject project in client interview in CGI if I am not okay with roles and responsibilities said by client or it will lead to escalation?

First question here. B Business Applied Finance degree, finished by the end of 2020. I have experience in multiple roles in different industries, customer service 10+ years experience. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
