Interested in switching into data science. Would love some insight on what would be better - a masters or a boot camp. Any guidance would be appreciated!!

Depends on background. If you have sufficient depth in statistics - then boot camp may be the way to go.

If statistics (modelling, inference, simulation, etc) is a black art, then I would suggest a master’s. Especially if it can be combined with something on the computational side.

I got an interview call from Deloitte recently and my 1st round was over. It went well. They said they will update me with feedback. But till now there is no response and it has been almost more than 2 weeks since 1st round completed. Is this usual with deloitte recruitment process, will they take long time for recruitment?

Some say fullstack dev are better, more opportunities, etc...and some say focusing on niche is better, since you will the expert in that area in your team, say a team lead for frontend/ backend, the SME, expertise based. i have received mixed comments on this, what do you think on this? Frontend dev / Backend dev /all in all fullstack the guy who knows it all, let's say not a jack of all trades kind, but genuinely good moderately
let's brainstorm on it, incase anyone wants it, I have to join

Hi! I’m new to this app, but I have a question that I haven’t been able to find an answer to. Is there any data that shows a certain dollar amount when sign-on bonuses stop being attractive? My concern is that there comes a point when candidates are actually turned off by a high amount.

Looking for help describing my value from learned career and life experiences that can help me transition to a new career role.

I'm subscribed to this daily "Just for Today" email from NA, thought today's was especially worth a read

"Some of us, well accustomed to leaving our personal responsibilities to others, may attempt the same behavior in recovery.  We quickly find out it doesn’t work.

For instance, we are considering making a change in our lives, so we call our sponsor and ask what we should do.  Under the guise of seeking direction, we are actually asking our sponsor to assume responsibility for making..."

Hi everyone,
I was working on a function app based on Azure. I am facing an issue while run/test code in function app: internal server error 500. When I checked the logs, it showed Rpc Exception for Microsoft Azure Webjobs Script Workers. Not sure how to make the function app work again. Is it also related to the registered app with Microsoft graph Api which have delegated permissions? Struggling to find a solution.

I got asked today if I would prefer to do more data visualization work through Qlik and be more client facing. Or continue to work on database/pipeline and SQL work. My question is what would be best for professional development if I want to eventually work my way up from a Data Analyst to a Data Scientist? I'm leaning towards more SQL work...
