Interview Experience at Capgemini
I completed all three rounds — L1 (virtual), L2 (face-to-face), and HR. After my HR round, I received a confirmation call that I was selected and was asked to submit all previous company service letters, UAN, and service history, which I sent immediately. Initially, the HR mentioned they were waiting for BGV confirmation, then later said it’s waiting for GT ID. It has now been around 3 weeks, and I haven’t received any response to my follow-up emails or calls.

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
