Interview for Staff Engineer at Qualcomm

Hi Everyone, I have attended an interview at Qualcomm for Staff Engineer and the interviewer said that she is good with me while the end of the call. This happened almost a week ago. Since then there is no update. So the process in Qualcomm is slow or did any one attend recently for Qualcomm? Please respond.

I m doing leet code problem solving practice since last two months to crack coding interview however I feel it is hard to solve medium and hard category problem most of time . Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

Does FAANG / MANGA check for DS/Algo/Sys-Design knowledge while interviewing experienced developers of about 6+ years? Or Would it be any different?

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.
