Interviewed with NTT Data 4 weeks ago. I received a verbal offer over the phone and by email from the recruiter. I was told the offer letter would only be issued 2–3 weeks later due to background verification and HR budget approval.

I'm quite skeptical because I've seen several posts online from people who went through the same process but never received an offer letter, even after 3 weeks.

Has anyone gone through the same process and eventually received the offer letter?
