My creative marketing agency, Codeword, is hiring account people! Senior Account Managers, an Account Director, and Account Managers. I think it's fantastic this bowl has been made, it can be very hard to get away from US- centric consulting info. Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. Anyone else find the same?

I’m moving from implementation consulting - where details are super important - to a strategy role, working with C suite executives. Got the feedback that I need to think and work less detailed and way more high level/abstract. Any book recommendations to train this skill or get insights how to best think on an abstract level?

I have been feeling burned out and my manager has started to notice. She would like to talk next week to see how she can help. What should I say? What's a good career to pivot to from internal audit that will pay well?

Finished my power day @ capital one. I was actually told from HR another manager was really impressed with me and wanted to hire me for another position. Stated I don't have to interview again (I interviewed with this person during my power day) He said he was waiting for approval from his VP. Does anyone have personal experience with a situation like this? It's the holiday season so i understand people are in and out of the office. I just haven't had a situation like this before.

In my second year at BCG (associate).
