What salary should I expect from Deloitte India for SAP MDG tech. I am having total 2 year of experience. They are offering me consultant role.

I got offered a position as a Wealth Management Banking Specialist and was offered $75,000 base pay with a 5% increase after a year. I am working on 8 years experience in the industry, investment licenses, and a bachelor’s degree in financial planning. I feel like this is low. Any thoughts?

How do you think about carried interest as a factor in total comp? Getting 69bps (memelord GPs) in a $420M (see above) fund, which vests over 8 years. It’s a new fund, so won’t be paid out until liquidation 5-7 years later.
