Probably depends on your market, but high from what I paid in Houston a year ago. Does that include the "practice" makeup session for the bride? I paid $125 per person, $100 for bride's trial and and extra $100 for a second makeup person because with 6 total ( included MOB) didn't want to be starting too early snd then rushed for the before pictures.
I did a bunch of networking to find solo makeup artist willing to do a paid trial before signing. This was lower cost and I knew mine would be the only wedding that day and exactly who I would get. Heard too many horror stories. Got more don't use than do use when asking.
I found most of the "pro" shops that focused on weddings, when to start reviewing the photos all the girls looked the same. Thinking looking at their photos later do they recognize themselves. My recollection was the "proshops" were more like $200 to $250 for the bride and $150 per add on person.
Make sure everyone is including lashes.
Good luck!
where are you located? I’m getting married in philly and it’s $600 for me , trial is paid, and then $150 per bridesmaid .. so $1000 would be right on par with what i’m spending if i only had 3
Agreed, this is on par with what I’ve seen in South Jersey, too.
Yes and that’s a really good quote
