I am currently a consultant in technology, and have seen plenty of corporate environments where I noticed the numbers of Latino professionals in these environments is low, if not none existent, in which I’ve decided to create a Latino group for Latino professionals in corporate America in hope that we could help one another, and maybe share advice, experiences, or recommendations.

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

Going on 1.5 yoe and still learning how to organize and deliver customer-centric features at a bank. I’m feeling overwhelmed and eternally behind when it comes to scoping intent and managing timelines. In fact, I have not gotten a timeline together yet because I am still determining features required. I am having trouble detecting features required because I do not know customer preferences, and I don’t know customer preferences because I have only industry data. Does PM always few so chaotic?
