I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.

Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Culture wise, yes. Accenture seems much more laidback than when I was in Big 4 but still has a high performance culture.
Rising Star
ACN is similar to the B4. It used to be part of the B5, but split from its audit arm which eventually collapsed. It’s a massive consulting firm now and has many top-ranked practices. In some areas, it definitely outshines the B4, but in other areas, certain B4 firms have the edge. I would say it’s probably closest to Deloitte Consulting.
As in many discussions about which B4 is the best, people will have different perspectives based on culture, personal experiences, etc., but they’re very similar and B4 and ACN poach each other’s consultants all the time.
Is the A in FAANG Accenture?
Jokes just keep flying over some peoples heads.
We are part of MBBA 😆
Isn’t Accenture for managing contingent workers?
Hmmmmmm not what it looks like to me
Yes
Accenture is always >. It’s our brand identity!
Accenture’s speciality is commoditizing IT through its own frameworks. Big 4 goes broader and deeper on business strategy and functional process management components of transformation. You’d hire Accenture for a different reason than you’d hire Big 4 based on your own company’s resource gaps and business needs. Otherwise, comparable to big 4 in that they’d compete for the same contracts where system technology transformation is relevant.
My two cents ^

@A4: Well...technically AC was originally part of AA like Deloitte Consulting is part of Deloitte. It became a separate business unit under the Andersen Worldwide Société Coopérative umbrella in the late 80s, but was still intrinsically linked to AA until the actual split and name change in 2000 shortly before AA imploded.

In reality ACN has something like 710k employees which is more than any of the Big4 and double the size of EY for example. But if you ask if they are better or more prestigious then the answer is that we are mostly the same level. Big4 has the biggest D who is also trying to differentiate themselves as the tip of MBB D - …
One could argue that it is infact impossible for any of the Big4 and public players like ACN to reach that level due to organizational structures and ownership.
The only ones who could aspire to join that would be firms in the second tier like Roland Berger and others.
I wasn’t MD1.. thank you and A6
