You're a consultant. Please learn the difference between "loose" and "lose".
I have been using beachbody- same concept. As long as you are good about it, it should work. I do cardio kickboxing with strength training. And then yoga for the days I need a break. Having said that, diet is key. I have been doing semi-keto (semi because I have cheat days). I've lost 15lbs in 6 weeks. And more toned than ever. 35F.

My wife has been doing PiYo and 21 Day Fix and LOVES it. She's on the same grind. Good luck, OP.
I'm doing 21 Day Fix right now and I love it. I don't have a lot to lose, but I've lost 7 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. I'm going to do another round to lose 5 more pounds. Work outs are quick and fun and the containers make it easy to make sure you're not over eating.

Kayla Itsines BBG guides are killer but if you stick to it over 10-12 weeks they're amazing.
