I am asking this because one of my B. tech friend got Senior manager designation with 9.5 year Total experience, which is not usually the case in case of strategy consulting ( despite having MBA)

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help.
