I can speak fluently in any presentations or debates. But my words get struck in my mouth when it's time to reject anyone or anything.

Now comes the scenario where I have to reject the companies I don't wanna join.

I sent mail to all companies, big companies didn't even bother to call back. But one mid sized company HR keep on calling me and says I'm doing wrong and if I want he can counter my existing package or give me more than that.

What should I do

Epam anywhere - Complete remote - everything good except 50 k bench pay
Mind tree - have 16 % variable
Wipro - have huge variable
Automation anywhere - variable component is high
