I currently work hybrid, have 2 kids, a nanny, and a husband who works long hours. Because we are moving out of state, I was offered a FT remote position. I am not sure I want to accept the offer or look for a position that is in person. I did the remote work for a year and half, 5 days a week. I'm just not sure if I would want to work from home all week. For context, I would not have to pay state taxes, I am moving to a cheaper cost of living, wouldn't need a nanny, and salary would not change.

I come from a childhood where we scrimped and saved every dollar. I've reached a lot of success in my role very quickly and am now in a very comfortable place financially. I want to reward myself but am finding it hard to justify splurging on something material. I want to have something that I can look at as a reminder of what hard work and dreams can achieve.
