Is it weird to ask during an interview in house whether there is any time tracking?
Context: I’m leaving my current job because I absolutely despise billing and cannot get with the “record your hours” program. I have ADHD so jumping from project to project is important for me to keep my focus (it’s what works for me), and having to stop and bill messes up that chaotic rhythm I found. So I want to be 100% sure there will be no tracking my daily time in this new position.
How do you make time for the “should do one day” things. Like our website really needs to be redone. But all of our staff is super busy at the moment on other matters so rewriting the content is not a priority.

Do employers care where you went to college in industry and public a few years into your career?
I work for a top 15 firm & CPA but did go to a non-target. It's a really small commuter college.
I haven't felt like its impacted me but I can tell you there are very few grads from my college that work at top ten firms. Some firms don't have a single grad from my college based on searching linkedin.
Would industry look at it?
Going to start the labor market test soon. Has anyone been through this step recently and can share how it went? Understand it differs from city to city but does it mean it favors us right now as the job market is affluent and companies struggle to hire talent?

I have received an offer in TCS accepted it and submitted the documents for BGC. The CTC i mentioned is 13L in iBegin portal and uploaded the same recent hike letter. I have 8 years of experience with more than 4 years in the current organization. Current package is 9.5 LPA. I have offers with Accenture (14L fixed and 4L variable) and CTS (15.5L fixed and 70k variable) both having more than 75% hike.
In my current organization, I see a scope for onsite assignment (not 100% confirmed though). I am confused of which one to choose - Wheather to stay back or switch to which company.

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.
But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?
Any news about promotions any deadline?
