Anyone received promotion letter in Jul 2022 in TCS?

Got an invitation from my RL for a connect on Monday. People are saying it is to inform you about the promotion. Also, not all under my RL have got this type of connect invitation.
Is it a good news for me?

Has anyone received more than 3% yearly raise or bonus at the end of year? Also what is most you could possibly get for end of year evaluation?

Can anyone comment on the VCA guilloche 5 motif bracelet durability? I’m treating myself to a promotion gift and am looking for a piece from VCA I can wear everyday. Open to suggestions! And would love to see pictures of your pieces ☺️

Hi, I'm an ASE, I cleared techleap program and got information about promotion to SE. It's been an year since I joined. What would be the salary when I got promoted to SE? Does Months at level/experience matter to the salary for SE level?

How common is severance pay/benefits for in-house positions? For what time period after being laid off / percentage of base compensation? Is it normally negotiated with compensation, etc., prior to acceptance of a position? Is there a tactful/smart way to raise it in negotiations (e.g., something along the lines of “I’m taking a risk making this move in-house; it’s only fair for you to take in the risk of my involuntary departure.”)?

I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

My question is—I wear many hats within my agency because we’re small and growing—So while I may be an art director, when needed I’m also a PA, or a production designer etc... SO shouldn’t my salary reflect that??

After giving few interviews and clearing them all
Now getting offer upto 15LPA fixed..

I am being scared.. I am not sure.. I can raise the bar but I don't know how it will affect my professional career.. Please guide me through.

I have 8 years of experience with more than 4 years in the current organization. Current package is 9.5 LPA. I have offers with Accenture (14L fixed and 4L variable) and CTS (15.5L fixed and 70k variable) both having more than 75% hike.
In my current organization, I see a scope for onsite assignment (not 100% confirmed though). I am confused of which one to choose - Wheather to stay back or switch to which company.
