Any idea about when the promotion letter will released?

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?

Does BNP APAC does background verification before sending offer letter or after sending the offer letter?

I have not been asked about the educational certificates yet.

They have only asked the PAN, PASSPORT and Current employer salalry slips and promotion letter.

P.s - I have recieved the offer letter now.

What is the difference between Principal Design Strategist & Design Strategist?

My current title is the latter and I’m interviewing for a Principal role. The title suggests it’s more senior and would appear to be a promotion on my resume but the jd sounds similar to what I’m already doing. I’m currently and IC, Principal is also IC. The only nuance I got from the recruiter is that there is no actual designing in this role.

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Ie; a part time employee getting $200.00 in a quarterly bonus and then not being scheduled a whole week during a bi-weekly pay period where they would have earned more on the clock…?

I want to ask for a 20%raise, knowing that the company is planning the year budget around now should I give my manager a heads up as to what I’m expecting before my salary review? I got a 0.6% raise at the start of 2020 and a 4% in April this year. The raise this year came with the title of “Lead” and more work responsibilities, talking with a co-worker we now make about the same amount. I started working here right out of college (10 years).

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. What kind of skills, traits and/or behaviors have you shown at a job that got you a promotion? I look at some LinkedIn profiles and see that they’ve been promoted after less than a year and I always wonder how they present themselves and what am I doing differently?

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Hello Guys,

I have 8 years of experience with more than 4 years in the current organization. Current package is 9.5 LPA. I have offers with Accenture (14L fixed and 4L variable) and CTS (15.5L fixed and 70k variable) both having more than 75% hike.
In my current organization, I see a scope for onsite assignment (not 100% confirmed though). I am confused of which one to choose - Wheather to stay back or switch to which company.
