Is anyone here currently working in tech and and feeling exhausted/jaded by the industry as a whole?

I have over a decade of experience in marketing tech and I’m realizing I don’t love being a part of the algorithm and personalization machine.

I feel really fatigued and weak if I don’t eat for a few hours. Outside of just planning my meals better, do you think this could be an underlying health issue?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year.
