Is there a minimum bump people tend to shoot for before making the jump (e.g. 25%)? Work in consulting division of acct firm making $88K base as senior associate 1. Interviewing with boutique consulting firm who has “competitive comp” and “typically more than Big4”. Is $105k high?

Am I getting paid below market? 8 yoe + MBA, $200k base in big tech, $20k sign on, ~$50k in annual stock + addl annual refreshers. No bonus. Know this is a lot of money in general but feeling like this is not capturing market value.
