Is anyone required to be in office as part of your RM team?

No - thankfully. I support National consulting so we’re all over the place. It wouldn’t make sense for us to go into the office.

We were fully remote even before Covid so that’s also what would make it strange to have us start to come in now but anything is possible.

At our firm, I believe most work from home. The teams we support have members across the US and in three other countries. It makes no sense to go into an office.

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!

If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.
