Got an offer of 8LPA from JPMC for the role of Test Analyst. YOE - 1.4 years, Location - Malad, Mumbai.
I would like to know how much I can negotiate with the HR on this offer.
I don't have any other offer in hand.

I have been a head of marketing for the last 10 years. 9 of those for a B2B/B2C company with $350M annual revenue. The last year and a half, I have been the head of marketing for a VC backed company with $90M annual revenue. I was contacted by a recruiter for a CMO role for a $80M VC backed company.

A question a friend asked me left me thinking. The question was: am I ready for the next level?

What am I not thinking about? I have done the job for larger companies.

Hi team i have a bit of doubt.
I have an excel sheet where column A is the order numbers. I want to add comments in column G.
There are many repetitions in order numbers but they are all sorted in ascending so all the repetitions are below one another.

If i have a comment, how can i automatically paste that same comment in all the repetitions of that order numbers if i write it in the 1st instance.

Just want your thoughts. 73 yo friend has heart valve replacement surgery going on right now. He has 2 adult children in their 40s with no kids at home. One is a lawyer making beaucoup $$ in B and lives 45 mins from the Hosp. Neither daughter is at the hospital during the surgery. As a critical care nurse and lawyer, I find this unacceptable, esp since they have close relationships with dad. Stepmom who raised them is alone at the Hosp. I don’t know if he said not to come but that’s unimportant.

My job has a lot of meetings. Most the time I have 24–30 hours of meetings per week which I think is insane. I’ve spoken to my manager about it because it makes it hard to keep up with my normal duties but they told me to work during the meetings. But I’m still new and it’s hard to listen to meetings and be writing emails and running reports and analyzing reports. Is it me or that “solution” not acceptable? Btw 70% of these meetings I don’t talk and if I do it’s very short.
