The amount of money they pay or promise to pay is huge. Plus all the prep work required, it would be hard for them to let it go to waste. Trump went to El Paso in 2016 and didn't pay 10s of $1,000s owed to the city of county. I don't think Biden would want that publicity for Dems. Also, first public address about a black Asian women candidate in Austin is a good campaign reason.

He has to do something until next January. Better that he gives random rambling remarks than write more executive orders.

Good Evening My Fellow Christian Educators! I realize it is going to be challenging for me this year...with so many of my students performing below grade level expectations in ELA and MATH and also ensuring that all students follow the COVID Guidelines in the classroom. I still feel hopeful that God will bless me with the knowledge on how to effectively impact each one of those kids. Let's remember to keep all educators lifted in prayer this year.
Have a wonderful school year!!

UK market is open only for niche skillsets ( Data engineer + analytics). Firms aren't interested in sponsoring rest all skill sets, as they can be filled internally. They have limited quota every year, and are very choosy when it comes to allocation. Preference is first given to EU nationals and then Asians during shortlist stage.

Referral works, but the person who is referring you should have enough clout in the organization to present your profile!

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?
