Im almost a year there now and only great experiences. My groups is excellent and love the managers. I work in RWC which is a R&D campus. Lots of social events and starting to meet the scientists.

Only had a short stint there during MBA but no complaints - people seem to like it a lot internally

I think it really depends on what site you're at and what team.

I've worked there for a little over 2 years and really like it, but I've had some awesome managers! I work out of one of the Washington sites. The culture is definitely fast-paced, but there's a lot of teamwork and support to meet that timeline.

Is a hot mess, lot of people not leading

Hello all, need some advice. Am currently working for a government consulting agency, but wishing to leave due to the way the project is being managed...I am in at least 4-5 hours of meetings a day, so barely have time to prepare for demos, preparation of slides for the client, nevermind being able to write decent stories(tickets)... Usually have to rush writing requirements, steps, etc, ...
So I have been looking around.
1/2.... Remainder of story in comments below.

After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.
