I wanted to gauge what is a general salary that ones been offered on this team. I felt lowballed at $79k/annual, initially offered 74k. This is given that I had 1.5 years in land use planning and a recent masters graduate in urban planning.

Has the client ever asked for you to be removed from a project? From the beginning I felt like I was put in such a horrible position / set up to fail by my own leadership, and raised every red flag. I tried SO hard. Never been in this situation before and just feeling very discouraged.

I received an offer today for an internal learning position at a leading professional services firm I used to work at. Normally I would be excited to re-join but it’s a temporary role filling in for someone on maternity leave for 6 months. I would receive a normal salary but no benefits. The benefits piece is my real issue with the offer. The salary also came back lower than what I make currently, but I might’ve been able to stomach that if I had benefits. Thoughts on trying to negotiate this???

kind of just feeling defeated and unhappy here… Vialto seems messy and I’m just not feeling it anymore.
