For people falling in the 30% tax bracket who are asking their in-hand salary per month, if you are just utilizing the 1.5 Lakh limit of Section 80C as well as the 50K limit of NPS and without any home loan:

Just divide your fixed yearly salary by 15.4 to get your monthly in-hand salary.
