Hi All, How much to expect at Manager level at Cognizant

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. It doesn't help that he always presents outdated ideas and throws UX out the window. I know that I know my stuff and keep up with best practices. I have 4+ years experience but am treated as entry level.

Anybody have any idea about interview process of persistent for the post of Salesforce Developer like what type of questions they may ask I have an interview tomorrow

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?

Anyone know of available part-time (3-5 hours week) Salesforce Project Management gigs?

I need your advice, my ctc is 24l and got an offer from IBM for 28l which is fixed, in Deloitte 10% is the varaiable as well asin IBM 12.5 on top of fixed 28l. Please suggest can i take offer from IBM or not.

Need suggestion guys🙏 I have joined Citi 1.5 months back due to high package among other offer's, But I had in my mind that Citi has worst work life balance and as A woman it will be very tough for me. I never wanted to work in such environment that I am getting anxious while working all the time. I have to work 10-12 hrs daily. What is the point in asking why do you want to switch after all interview process ? Haven't HR seen resume with all career progression for a candidate before shortlisting that resume which means they are fine with another Switch. If at all they want to ask this question so as to eliminate someone , they should ask this as the first call by them before scheduling the interview. It is a two process i.e. you need a resource and we don't ask them why do you want to recruit us ?
