Is Goyard worth it? I’ve heard people online saying the quality is not good, frequent repairs are needed and customer service isn’t great..this is the tote I’ve been considering

The St. Louis is essentially a beach tote (very thin material) and ubiquitous like a Gucci belt. If you can, spring for the Artois (zipper) instead. Much more substantial and elegant. Love, love mine.

I love my St Louis tote! I definitely don’t overuse or overstuff it regularly that would make constant repairs a thing. The bag is a staple piece!

I haven’t had issues with mine but they also say to not overstuff it or put heavy items in it. In that sense, it’s not a great work bag because even a laptop is considered “too heavy” for the bag

I’m in love with my Goyard. It’s perfect! The thing with Goyard is that you have to go in person to get a good customer service experience. I got mine from the NY store and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Definitely recommend this bag on all fronts. Just make sure you get the GM if you’re gonna use it as a work bag.
