I don’t think it’s a hate crime. But I don’t think it’s demure or mindful.
a hate crime is usually associated with trying to terrorize a community, also it’s not a crime as far as I know to use a slur.
Under the circumstances of two gay men, I wouldn’t feel terrorized, although I wouldn’t think very highly of the guy that said it,
I hate to be called F word. Also, I wouldn’t call any other gay F word under whatever circumstances.
Agreed 💯
Weelll I feel like it depends on the individual. I call one of my gay friends one as a joke between us. Hey f—- and he responds hey f—— but it could be pretty jarring to hear that I definitely get that.

Still don’t think it’s a hate crime.

Speech is not a crime outside of very limited circumstances. This is not one of them.
Agree! It has to be in the form of a threat of harm in order to really be counted as a crime.
I really detest the social media gays who have no concept of reality, belittle others who don’t have their physical built, and lack the financial literacy of an adult. I think that word is acceptable when describing them. They demand equality, yet shut the door on everyone who isn’t like them. Hypocrisy at its finest.
I’ll say it in bed 😉
This response made my insides tingle

So basically it's like the n word but for gays
