Is it awkward to want to track work output? We currently have three new online forum moderators on our team and I'm considering monitoring their output against their results. These are newly created positions for our new-ish platform. Anyone with an idea on how to go about this? This will also be my first time leading an actual team.

Of course not. That's the best practice to track performance improvement and progress. You can use google sheets for convenience.

Nope. There are actually a lot of tracking software that you can choose from. Toptracker is the best software for beginners.

I don't think so. My team members were the ones who suggested this. They also want to track their own progress.

No. It's not awkward, really. I think they will appreciate it more if you do this. Go for it, OP.

No, it is not. If your team is fine with it then go ahead. Remember that you are the manager. You can do anything that could benefit the team.

I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was contacted by the hiring manager (just 5 days after interview 3) asking if I was still interested and if I'm available for another meeting. He mentioned it would only take 30 minutes. Any thoughts on what to expect?

Since companies are moving into a Hybrid/back to office mode, many of us are required to move to the respective office locations. I'm not sure if this has been discussed here before,
But for a new comer to either of these locations (me) can I get a comparative Cost of living among the three cities
Pune Vs Bangalore Vs Hyderabad.
Thanks 😊
