Is it better to look for a consulting role at a smaller firm rather than competing to get into the Big 4? I was thinking I could build up my resume some and then have a better chance to get into a major firm.

I have attended l2 meeting 2 weeks ago. Waiting for results. Now another job vacancy posted, if I'm able to get reference and apply for the posting. Will I be called again even if I apply with same mail account. Because still I didn't get rejection mail for 1st interview.

How to deal with being rejected from a consulting job you want?

We've all been there (not just me I hope). It's so frustrating when the consulting one is a tough hill to climb. Has joining a smaller management consulting firm ever worked out for anyone?

I'd like to hope one day I could get into big 4 or even MBB.

HR and management knows, and also it's against the law. He's struggling everyday and doesn't know what to do. Did you face something like that? What's the solution?
