Is it good time to join TCS ?Cognizant Tata Consultancy

I am currently working with TCS with 9.88lpa CTC.
I have got offer recently with Dell Techonolgies Chennai as a Senior Engineer with 17.88lpa CTC. Is it good to move to this company?. Anyone aware about the WLB in this company?

Has anyone worked at both an MBB and life science firm? Sometimes I think I would have been exposed to more interesting/ in depth / more drug heavy projects if I went the life science route. Right now I see a lot of org transformation and people / Corp strategy health care cases at an MBB. But not sure which is better when thinking of exit opportunities in pharma. Thoughts?

I have recieved an offer from cognizant and they have sent link of their portal to accept offer and complete document formalities. Can I go ahead and do this, even though I might not join the company later?

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?
