Is it more likely to do the Consulting to FAANG exit or Consulting to Industry to FAANG?

I am applying for my FL CPA license. The work experience form asks for the start date, end date, and number of weeks employed. If I started working full time 7/20/20, do I just count 52 weeks and put that as my end date (i.e. 7/19/21)? Or should I put today (making it 56 weeks)?

How do you tell if your managing partner is invested in your success? I feel like my managing partner couldn’t care less about my development, career, or success. For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).
