Is it normal for recruiters cold call you with info found on ZoomInfo? I don’t have my info publicly available on LinkedIn or anything, so very wary of sending any additional info or resume to the guy. Convo otherwise seemed normal, I’m just bothered that he called my personal phone number.

Like why cold call me and not just message on LinkedIn? I don’t even use my personal number for job applications, so very suspicious of it. How does ZoomInfo get my personal info and my job history?
