Is it normal in a 30-minute first round hiring manager interview for the hiring manager only to ask like 3 questions then turn it over to you to ask questions? I felt like it should have been more...l recently had an interview where I was only asked 3 questions (| gave what I think were solid but succinct answers), but felt like I should have been asked more questions. I then had 3 good questions prepared for the HM, which turned into a good conversation. Maybe I'm just overthinking it...

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
