I felt like it should have been more...l recently had an interview where I was only asked 3 questions (| gave what I think were solid but succinct answers), but felt like I should have been asked more questions. I then had 3 good questions prepared for the HM, which turned into a good conversation. Maybe I'm just overthinking it...

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

After your first job, how relevant is GPA. For context, I went to a school that is very well known for grade deflation (Deloitte had a “suggested” minimum of 3.2 here) and I studied statistics, a particularly rough major at the school. Long story short, GPA was between a 2.9 and 3.0. This wasn’t due to slacking and I’ve done well at Deloitte so far with plenty of experience to speak to. Would my GPA still block me from certain firms, like any of the MBB firms or a Tier 2 consulting firm?

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies.
