Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

McKinsey & Company Just had the first of my final round interviews with McKinsey & Company. A bit taken aback as the interviewer specifically asked me to share a PEI story that I have not shared with the previous round interviewers. I have not heard of other case partners who had the same experience and they were usually able to share the same stories as they did in the first round. Any insights on this? Thanks much!

I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Talk to your manager/mentor and your Talent Partner. As someone already mentioned, since it is other way, should not be a problem.
Typically I have seen people try to go the other way round. Usually this is not permitted because if one is allowed, others will have to be too. But in extraordinary situations with sufficient reason, it might be considered
Like I said, this may or may not work. Additionally, don't worry about the team. I have had 5 teams in 2 years. All from different locations.
Now it depends on how strong your personal reasons are. Again like I said, in general people want to move out of Chennai but since the head office is in Chennai, there may not be a problem for you to get relocated.
