Is it worth going from an Audit Assistant manager position in the Big4 to an Audit manager position at Top15 firm? If not, what alternatives you would suggest?

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out
