Yeah it is 3x travel and dining

I haven’t yet gotten the Marriott because am not traveling every week on current project, but my co workers who travel every week say it is helpful for booking the hotels (assuming you don’t use a corporate card)

I have both and never use my marriott. Not worth it. Get the reserve and freedom unlimited for non-travel or non-food at 1.5x

I’ve been on an H1B for many years with an approved I-140. Can I work outside of the US for 1 year (in Canada where I am a permanent resident) and come back on an L1? I understand the green card processing time on L1 is significantly faster.

I’m pretty torn on whether I want to take an offer for an internal role or not…
The job itself sounds pretty interesting. Lots of opportunity for growth (eventually will build out a team).

My only concern is the hiring manager. I talked to someone in my network who has worked with him in the past and she told me that she would 100% work with him again bc she learned a lot, but that he has a very dominant personality and that some ppl can butt heads with him.
