I am a career changer on mo 4 of a 6 mo sourcer/researcher contract that I’m not sure will be renewed due to team re-organizing. So I pulled an all nighter on Monday to do this thing, spend Tuesday like a zombie (and I had 5 calls!!!) then on 6PM the senior reviewing my work came back with comments that I needed to turn “ASAP”. I was so tired I just said I would not because I needed to sleep. I sent them today at 1:30 PM.
Would you get mad if your mid-level/junior did that? I’m all for pulling all-nighters and billing but everything has a limit.

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.
