Hi people, I am going to have the interview with TRS - Financial services team at EY london. This job is basically assesing the Non-performance loans portfolios of the banks. The recruiters said it will be a case study lasting for 2.5 hours. The case will not be given in advance. They only said it is a about a fictious bank. Any one in this group has any suggestions or thoughts about this upcoming case study?

Any other loan officers in here? I'm trying to decide if I should dig in with the current market or look to pivot. I've only been a loan officer since 10/2020. So this is my first rough patch. The style of leads my company provided was different than what they have me doing now. It went from hot inquiries to cold call center calls. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
